Then Curtis’s words give that soft little face a world to live in.

“Small But Brave” became one of my favorite phrases in this piece.

The Red Panda gave me an especially lovable list.

Charming. Cuddly. Fluffy. Fuzzy. Gentle. Lovable. Precious. Sweet.

Then the setting started appearing in the words too: Bamboo, Branches, Canopy, Forest, Himalayas and Hidden In The Leaves.

I used 91 different words and phrases and spent 19 hours drawing them into the finished Red Panda.

Small But Brave is one of the phrases I kept coming back to.

It feels like a lot of personality packed into three words.
