The Marlin gave me words with a lot of motion in them.

Born To Roam. Fast. Journey. Leaps Above Waves. Migratory. Speed. Swift. Traveler.

Then there were Blue-Water Legend, Ocean Hunter, Swordlike Bill and Legendary.

I used 71 different words and phrases and spent 15 hours drawing them into the finished Marlin.

Even when the artwork is hanging completely still, I like that the words inside it keep suggesting movement.

This one feels like it wants open water.
