The Liberty Bell was first rung in 1752, commissioned “By Order of the Assembly of the Province of Pensylvania for the State House in Philada.” Though it cracked early on, it was recast by Pass and Stow in 1753 and has since become one of America’s most enduring icons. Inscribed with the biblical words, “Proclaim Liberty Throughout All the Land Unto All the Inhabitants Thereof Lev. XXV. v X,” the bell has stood as a symbol of liberty, unity, and hope for centuries. Once rung to call lawmakers and celebrate independence, today it remains a silent witness to history—cracked but not broken, forever reminding us to let freedom ring.
With every piece I create, my goal is not only to inspire and entertain but also to capture the essence of a subject—embedding iconic themes, emotions, and experiences directly into my artwork.
For this Liberty Bell piece, I carefully selected words like Bronze, Clapper, Courage, Justice, and Unity, along with phrases such as “The Bell That Will Not Be Silenced,” “Echo of Independence,” and “Ring Loud For All.” In total, you’ll find over 50 words and phrases woven throughout the design, each one celebrating the history, symbolism, and timeless spirit of this American treasure.
Every piece of my art is digitally hand-drawn, one letter at a time, with no word or phrase ever repeated. Depending on the complexity, each artwork takes between 6 and 60 hours to complete.
